The BCSC is hosting a Super Sign-Up Event on Sept 2, 2020 from 11-2 in front of the Grafenwoehr Thrift Shop (Bldg. 508, Tower Barracks). Set-up will start at 10.30am.
In case of rain the event will be shifted to Sept 3, same time, same place.
Both POs and HBBs need to strictly adhere to the approved Risk Mitigation Plan. Wearing a face mask and social distancing is mandatory at all times. Bake sales and food sampling are not allowed. Any items touched by customers (e.g. pens) have to be sanitized after use.
Please plan to bring your own tables (max. 2m long) and canopies, if desired.
POs must obtain a fundraising request themselves, if needed. They are NOT required to pay a fee.
Please note that HBBs are not allowed to sell any products or services, this event is to showcase your services only and hand out information. There is a non-refundable administrative fee of $10 for participating in the event. We will send you a PayPal invoice once we received your application.
