1) Cooked
Pros: Ready to eat, Easy to reheat (via oven/pan/microwave)
Cons: Pastry not as crispy, Shorter shelf life, Filling may dry out slightly when reheated
2) Frozen
Pros: Longer shelf life (if kept in freezer), Crispier Pastry, Filling wouldn't dry out
Cons: Longer waiting time (around 30 mins. to cook & 20mins. to rest)
