HESTRA WARRANTY POLICY

Hestra guarantees our products against defects in workmanship and materials for the reasonable life of the product. Examples include stitching coming undone and malfunctioning zippers, pull tabs etc.

PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY

1. Goods purchased in store through resellers should be directed to the place of purchase. If you are unable to get in contact with the retailer, then please contact the Hestra Distributor for your country.

2. For goods purchased via our web shop within Europe, please visit our web site, warranty claims, and complete the online warranty inquiry form.

3. For goods purchased via our web shop in the USA, please visit our web site, warranty claims, and complete the online warranty inquiry form.

It is at the sole discretion of Hestra Gloves to determine defects.

Hestra reserves the right to decide what qualifies for repair or replacement and will thoroughly evaluate every warranty claim.

EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTY

Hestra will not warranty items against improper use, accidental damage, unauthorized modification or alterations, normal wear and tear, improper care or drying, negligence, or if the item was used for 
something other than what it was designed for.

IF THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE GLOVES IN THE FOLLOWING FORM, HESTRA WILL NOT PROVIDE WARRANTY:

• holes from normal wear
• damage from rope tows
• cuts or rips (from skis/snowboards, knives, tree branches, falls or abrasions, other accidents, etc.)
• an animal destroying the glove(s)
• cracking of the leather from not conditioning the leather with leather balm
• fading or discoloration of leather or other fabrics
• over-treating of leather with leather balm
• damage to gloves due to the application of duct tape or other adhesives
• damage due to improper care or cleaning

CODES OF COMPLAINT

*Please note: For each article, TWO photos have to be attached. One photo, showing the whole pair of the gloves, and one photo, showing the defect part of the gloves.

We reserve the right to request that gloves should be sent to us for examination and evaluation. When sending gloves to Hestra, they have to be clean.
Not clean gloves will be returned without action.
