By signing this section, the parents and/or whoever will be responsible in diligently paying the tuition and fees of the candidate agrees to the terms and conditions set forth by AFPS. Failure to comply to any of the mentioned conditions in this section may lead to an undesirable outcome which will be decided by a competent authority at AFPS. The conditions are as follows:
- At least 40% of the tuition fee must be settled upon filing of the application/enrollment form. Only then can a candidate be considered a bona fide student of AFPS. Hence, the school may refuse to allow a candidate to start attending classes at AFPS.
- The payment of the remaining, unsettled 60% tuition fee will be equally distributed to each of the remaining months starting September until March of the current academic year.
- Miscellaneous fees and school fees must be paid in full before the start of the academic year, on top of the payment of 40% tuition fee.
- In the event that a student withdraws his/her enrollment at AFPS, the following computations based on the student’s attendance will be applied:
If attendance is two (2) weeks or less from the start of the academic year, a total of one (1) full month of the school’s tuition and fees must be paid.
If attendance is more than two (2) weeks but less than one (1) month from the start of the academic year, a total of two (2) full months of the school’s tuition and fees must be paid.
If attendance is one (1) month or more but less than two (2) months from the start of the academic year, a total of three (3) full months of the school’s tuition and fees must be paid.
If attendance is two (2) months or more but less than three (3) months from the start of the academic year, a total of six (6) full months of the school’s tuition and fees must be paid.
If attendance is three (3) months or more from the start of the academic year, the full amount of tuition and fees for one (1) academic year must be paid.
- Payment of all unsettled tuition and/or fees must be made before each quarterly examination. An examination permit will be issued once all financial liabilities are settled.
- Slot reservation for the following academic year may be paid in as early as January or until after an advisory is issued by the school. The reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable; however, it is deductible to the total tuition and fees upon enrollment.
I acknowledge that I am entitled to avail of the discounts offered by the school only if I am eligible and/or I am granted the privilege by a competent authority at AFPS. The list of discounts are as follows:
- 10% discount for full payment of tuition fees.
- Sibling discount:
- 5% discount will be given to the 2nd sibling;
- 10% discount will be given to the 3rd sibling;
- 15% discount will be given to the 4th sibling;
- 20% discount will be given to the 5th sibling;
- 5% discount for top-notchers attaining an average grade ranging from 95.00 to 100.00.
I also acknowledge that the abovementioned discounts are a privilege granted to me by the school. Hence, it may be revoked or be temporarily suspended at any given time should a competent authority at AFPS deemed necessary.
I understand that all payments are to be transacted only at the account’s office during the school’s official business hours and that all payments are payable in cash or credit/debit card only. In case of a refund, the original receipt must be presented.
Having read all these, I affix my signature as a proof of my approval to the abovementioned terms and conditions and my commitment to uphold my duties and responsibilities as a parent/guardian of the candidate identified in this application form.
