Please note: It is our policy not to turn away any child or family due to financial constraints. Please let us know if you need a scholarship/reduced rate in order to participate.

Refund Policy - Updated for Summer 2020:

Once your registration is processed, refunds will only be issued if:

*Your child cannot attend camp due to a medical emergency (including if s/he or a member of his/her household tests positive for COVID-19).

*Gan Izzy After School needs to close the program due to increased restrictions or a COVID-19 positive case among campers or staff.

If your child is not able to participate in camp for any other reason (including a weather-related cancellation) your tuition will be processed as a donation towards our Scholarship Fund.

Medical Policy - Updated for Summer 2020:

Gan Izzy After School will follow guidance issued by the DC Govt. In that vein:

*Kids should wear masks to camp each day
*Children will frequently be encouraged to use hand sanitizer, especially between activities and before eating.
*We will conduct a temperature check on all campers and staff at the start of each program. (Note Gan Izzy After School is taking place on public property and campers will be exposed to individuals outside our program.)
*Each family will have to complete a daily question-based screening before dropping their children off at camp.
*All activities will take place outdoors (except in the case of inclement weather).
*Should you, your child, or anyone in your household experience symptoms or test positive for COVID-19, you are obligated to report that information to our camp director immediately.

After registering, you will receive the schedule of events as well as any waivers which must be completed before the start of camp.
