Setup Schedule: Exhibitors may set up on Friday, November 20th from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm. The building will be locked promptly at 8:00 p.m. It will be opened again at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, November 21st. All exhibits must be in place by 9:45 a.m. on Saturday. If you require additional time for setup not met by these times, please contact me to make arrangements. We reserve the right to ask you to remove questionable items at our discretion.
EVERYTHING IN YOUR BOOTH NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP TO BE MOVED. NO SLIDING OF FURNITURE, RACKS, ETC. NOTHING HEATED IS ALLOWED ON THE FLOOR. IF THE FLOOR OF YOUR BOOTH SPACE IS SCRATCHED OR HARMED AT THE END OF THE SHOW, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FEE THE GRANT COUNTY CIVIC CENTER CHARGES. (General use of the booth is acceptable. I just ask that you be careful when moving things and avoid putting hot, plugged in items on the floor.)
Electricity: Electricity is available at no extra charge. You will need to provide your own electrical cords.
Tables and chairs: One table per booth is included in the registration fee. If you do not need tables, please indicate that. Each additional table will cost $5.00. Two chairs will be provided for each booth. Feel free to bring your own tables, chairs, shelving, etc. Please specify in notes if you don't need a table or chairs.
Early Dismantling: Early dismantling is disruptive to shoppers and other exhibitors. Please plan to have your booth open until 4:00 pm on Sunday. Any exhibitors leaving early either day will NOT be asked to be a part of the bazaar in the future.
Accidents & Security: Exhibitors assume all risk of accidents or loss to himself or his exhibits.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is to be collected, and it is the responsibility of each vendor to collect and report to the Kansas Department of Revenue. If you do no more than 2 shows per year in Kansas you are not required to have a sales tax ID number. I will provide you with the proper forms to complete and remit your taxes to the State. If you do more than 2 shows per year in Kansas you need a tax ID number. The tax rate for this show is 6.5%.
Cancellation Policy: If we have to cancel the show due to Covid-19, fees will be refunded. If you cancel the booth rental before 4 weeks prior to the event, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel at least 2-4 weeks prior to the show, you will be entitled to a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 2 weeks of show will not be entitled to a refund.
