I hereby authorize 5D Creative to Design, Edit and/or print my project and I understand and agree that if I so choose to cancel or add to my order with 5D Creative before it is completed, I am responsible to pay any and all costs and charges incurred in the creation, design, and/or printing of said project up to that point.

All sales are final, refunds will be given only at the discretion of 5D Creative on a case-by-case basis. 5D Creative is not responsible to save any digital backups or copies of project content for you unless otherwise specified. Always make backups of your designs!
