Non - Warranty and Charging:

We understand the following:

• Warranty work will only be undertaken on completion of the required paperwork

• If a service call is completed and is found not to be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty this will be chargeable

• Non - warranty charges will vary from one manufacturer to another

• By placing the warranty service call, the originator confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions of the warranty and understand that payment will be required under the normal trading terms agreed
