This Self-Nomination form, which includes the Letter of Intent to Run, must be submitted between Octcober 5 - November 20, 2020 @ 4:30 pm. Only information submitted via this form will be accepted.
• All required questions must be answered.
• The Letter of Intent to Run must be acknowledged by placing a check in the appropriate box.
• A non-PGCPS email address is required.
The deadline to withdraw candidacy without penalty is November 30, 2020 @ 4:30 pm.
Bio's, Pictures, and Flyers are due December 7, 2020 @ 5:00 pm for PGCEA President, Vice-President and Board of Directors Candidates only. All items must be sent electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org (See Fair Campaign Practice Code (www.pgcea.org) for publication requirements.
