Custom Cake & Treats Order Form

Thank you for choosing Kreatively Me LLC to make your sweet dreams become a reality. Please take the time to fill out the sections on this form that applies to you to ensure that I deliver to your expectations. Please allow 24-72hours for a response via text or email.

Orders must be places 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability or $150 rush fee will apply

Delivery fees start at $65

All orders must be picked up by 12 noon on weekends

6:30p.m on weekdays

Only fill out address for delivery orders ONLY

Cakes:

This works best for clients that want the look of a large cake but does not need to serve a large amount of guest

Treats:

Treats are ONLY made by the dozen

 Please note that I do not duplicate other artist's work. I use the insprirational pictures to get a feel for what you like and add my own touch creating something similar

Terms & Conditions

• Rush orders (Orders booked under 2 weeks)require full payment at the time of booking (NO EXCEPTIONS)*Rush fee will be applied*
• You are allowed 1 date change (based upon availability)

• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, and must be paid to book your order

• All orders under $100 must be paid in full

• All orders over $100 require 50% deposit of the orders total to book 

• Deposits can be paid via cash app: $Kameilah1 or zelle (954)-945-6755

• All remaining balances must be settled 1 week before the event date, failure to due so will result in your order being cancelled

• I am not responsible for any mishaps after treats and/or cakes are delivered or picked up

• If opting to pick up there will be a 1 hour grace period, anything outside of that grace period will incure a $50 inconvience fee that must be paid before the order is released.

• Orders not picked up after 24 hours will be discarded with NO REFUND

• All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of being sent or invoice will be cancelled, there will be a $10 fee to create a new one.
