Thank you for your interest in a rescue dog! They make the most wonderful friends and family members. These questions are aimed at helping us find the right dog for you. We want your adoption to be drama free and a rewarding experience. We are all volunteers and will endeavour to respond to your application within 48 hours.

Please ensure ALL questions are answered, otherwise your application may not be accepted. Answering all questions provides us with information to make a decision as to whether this dog is a good match for you. Answer in as much detail as possible to give us a good understanding of your current circumstance.

Under what circumstances would you give up this pet? (Eg. Family illness, barking, digging,shedding, allergies, destructive behaviour, biting, growling, moving house, reactive on lead, lack of house training, high cost vet bills.

Do you own your current home or are you renting? If you are renting, please provide us with your landlord’s name and phone number for confirmation a dog is permitted.

Do you consent to a house check at your property should the adoption proceed?
