  • Equity Repurchase Request Process

    Please read to better understand how your request will be processed
  • The process for equity repurchases is as follows:

    1. Request form filled out (Almost done!)
    2. Request is received by Ownership Services and included in our Operations Report for the board.
    3. Repurchase request is reviewed and/or approved during the monthly board meeting (visit dillpickle.coop/events to find when the next meeting is scheduled).
    4. Once approved, you will have a Bill.com profile created in your name with the information provided in this form. Bill.com is the platform we use for managing/payment of bills- it is completely safe and free to use.
    5. A custom invoice is created and sent to Accounts Payable for review. This includes but is not limited to: verifying account information, coding it to the correct category, and connecting with owners about their preferred payment method- this is when you will receive an invitation to enter your banking information if you have chosen to receive an ePayment. Note: If you do not complete your profile within 30 days of the invitation being sent a physical check will be mailed out instead.
    6. Invoice gets approved for payment!
    7. Invoice gets scheduled for payment / Bill.com generated check or ePayment is sent out
    8. Check gets cashed/deposit is received, your equity is zeroed out in SMS (our point of sale system) and your owner number is retired.
  • If you are enrolled in an automatic payment plan via our Moonclerk payment portal, please allow 1-2 weeks for plans to be turned off after submission of this form. If you need to cancel your payment plan immediately, you may log into your Moonclerk account via your last payment receipt email and choose 'cancel plan.' If you need additional assistance in stopping equity payments immediately please email ownership@dillpickle.coop
