1. Observe the regulations of the lending library.

2. Return materials in person or by mail within the loan period prescribed by the lending library.

3. Return materials immediately, when recalled by the lending library.

4. Pay fines or other charges incurred as the result of late return, damage, or loss of meterials.

5. Recognize that abuses of borrowing privileges will lead to loss of such privileges.

6. At the lending library, present a Passport Certificate, plus institutional or picture ID.
A digital certificate, enabling our faculty, staff and students to receive reciprocal borrowing privileges at the library listed will be sent via email.
