FAQ:
Question: How do I know if I have credits?
Answer: We've made tracking your available credits easy as 1,2,3!
1) Simply go to www.strategicmarketer.com/myaccount
2) Login using the same email address and password you use to access your mastermind training tools.
3) Click on the tab labeled: Check Available Session Credits
Your credit count for both prepaid support sessions and Mastermind DWY session credits (if applicable) will be visible there.

Question: What should I expect?
Answer: Upon receiving your request, your Customer Success Guru and/or Product Coach for the selected service will review your answers to the questions on this form in detail. Depending on what you want to accomplish there may be accounts that need to be set up or purchased (ie Send Grid, Twillio, etc).
After review we will send you any questions we may have, along with any materials or logins you should have in preparation for the session.
The more detail you can provide in your initial request, the better!
Sessions are generally run through our Strategic Marketer Zoom accounts and last for approximately 30 minutes.
Note: If you are requesting a funnel, ad, or page setup, you will need to come prepared with your copy, images, and collateral. If possible, it is best to send in advance so we can review for any additional items or potential issues we may flag in advance.

Question: Do I need to have a client already in place for the setup or can I just set up a few in advance?
Answer: No, you do not need to have a customer secured to use your support session credit. Please be advised though, if you do have a client that you are having a specific ad/email campaign, funnel, or page set up for, you will need to have the materials we will use to build it out prepared in advance.

Question: What happens if I run out of credits/time?
Answer: No Problem! If you run out of credits or you run out of time during your session, you can purchase additional 20 minute Technical Support session by clicking here.

Question: Can I use multiple credits at once?
Answer: Credits are only eligible to be used one at a time and sessions cannot be booked back to back.
The exception to this rule would be if you booked a session for one product or service with one Customer Success Guru/Product Coach, and there was a time slot available immediately following that for another product/service you would like to set a session for.

Question: Do my Credits Expire?
Answer: Your credits will remain valid for 12 months after purchase.

Question: Can I apply my credits towards payments or another product/service/subscription?
Answer: No. While your credits offer immense value in the form of what our team will supply for you, they hold monetary negotiable value that can be applied towards alternative balances or subscriptions.

Question: What happens if I can not make it to a scheduled appointment?
Answer: It is very important to attend your sessions at the time they are scheduled. When your session is scheduled your Customer Success Guru and/or Product Coach will spend time reviewing your account and your request to prepare. Not to mention, that slot is pulled from availability for anyone else to use. We do, however, recognize that sometimes things happen that are out of our control.
If we are notified 24 hours in advance of your reschedule, and it is the first time, we will use that same credit toward your rebooked session.
If we have less than 24 hours notice due to emergency, and this is the first time you have missed an appointment, we will use that same credit toward your rebooked session.
If sessions are repeatedly missed and/or rescheduled we may remove the credit as used, depending on the circumstances.

Question: What if I just have a quick strategy question, should I use one of my credits?
Answer: Great question! It depends on what you need and if you are a member of the Mastermind or Power Pack/Inner Circle program and exactly what you're looking for. One of the FANTASTIC benefits you receive with your Mastermind training is the Facebook Group access.
If you are a member of Mastermind:
In the main Mastermind group, you have access to communicate with all of your Mastermind peers, our Product Coaches, as well as Concierge Support.
In your “track” Inner Circle Group, you have access to your Mastermind peers from your same track, other Strategic Marketer members using those same products and services, as well as our Product Coaches. And, of course, our Concierge Support team is always checking for Mastermind members comments in those groups as well.
We would highly encourage you to take FULL advantage of that aspect of your program and communicate there – start new conversations, ask questions about what is working for others, share what is working for you, and really use that resource to the fullest.
However, if you find yourself in need of a full one on one strategy session, you are able to use your credit for a 20 minute session with a member of the team.
If you are a member of the Power Pack & Inner Circle Community:
If so, you have access to other Strategic Marketer members using those same products and services, as well as our Product Coaches. And, of course, our Support team is always checking for members comments in those groups as well.
