Instructions on how to enter this competition form part of the conditions of entry. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.
Entries must be recevied by 9pm (AEST) Wednesday 30th September 2020.
Work must be performed solo, unaccompained on any saxophone. Maximum duration of 6 minutes. The work can be in any style/genere.
Employees of 'Sounding Grace Pty. Ltd.' and its distributors, agencies and retailers/dealers associated with this competition and their immediate family are ineligible to enter.
There is one (1) prize available for each section. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable (unless explicitly stated) and cannot be taken as cash.
One (1) winner will be selected for each section - Open, High School, People's Choice. Entries for the Open and High School sections will be judged by an independent panel of adjudicators based on set criteria. Their decision is finale and no discussion will be entered into. For the People's Choice section three (3) finalists will be select by the adjudicators. The selected entrant's videos will then be published on The Music Place Facebook page at 10am (AEST) October 7th 2020 for viewing and voting. Voting will close at 10pm (AEST) October 11th 2020. The entrant with the most reactions at this point will win this section.
The winners will be notified via the email address used to submit entry by 15/10/2020, 5:00pm AEST.
All entrants will be entered into a database and Sounding Grace Pty Ltd. may use the entrant’s names, email addresses and contact number for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless otherwise advised by the entrant. By entering into the competition, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. If entrants no longer consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact Sounding Grace Pty. Ltd. on the details set out below. Any request to update, modify or delete the entrant’s details should be directed to Sounding Grace Pty. Ltd.
Sounding Grace Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Sounding Grace Pty. Ltd. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
If a winner does not claim the prize by 5pm AEST on 20/11/2020, or is otherwise disqualified from the competition, the Soudnign Grace Pty. Ltd. may withdraw the prize, and the winner will forfeit any and all rights in and to the prizes.
