    ⚫️Payment

    Deposits are mandatory for service. Price varies based on services.
    Deposits Paid via online booking a service.
    Deposits for Color and Extensions services are non refundable 
    Remainder of payments are due via CASH ONLY

     

    ⚫️Cancellations 

    In the event that client/clients must cancel please allow 24 hrs to reschedule.

    Same day cancellation will not be charged but forfeit deposit, One reschedule is alloted.

    In the event that the service provider has an emergency and has to cancel, there are no fees or extra charges. Please allow 24 hrs to reschedule. You will have first availability.

    15 min grace period. No extra fees for lateness. More than 30min must reschedule unless agreed upon. Please be mindful of other appointments.

     

    ⚫️Hair Extensions  

    The Hair Accessory prefers to work with The Hair Accessory Raw Bundles to ensure quality

    (packages available)

    How much hair is needed for a service?

    **Genius Weft Hair for microlink services**

    1 bundle = 1-2 rows
    2 bundles =2-3rows
    3 bundles = 3-4 rows

    ** Machine weft hair for Traditional Sew/Quickweave** 

    10-14inches = 2 bundles
    16-20 inches = 3 bundles
    22 and up = 4 bundles +

     **Tape Ins**

    1 bundle is 100g= fills in ends
    2 bundles of 200g= natural install
    3 bundles are 300g+=full install

     

    ⚫️Responsibilities 

    THA COMPANY is not responsible for outside hair for services. Services can be denied due to quality of outside hair extensions. THA Company is not responsible for bad batches and how extensions lift during color services.

    THA COMPANY is not responsible for conditions which may negatively impact the product during shipment. THA COMPANY is not held liable for misplaced product after product is signed for. THA COMPANY will not be held accountable for failure to receive or refusal of product during delivery. THA Company is NOT responsible for any refunds due to clients refusal upon delivery. 

    THA Company IS responsible for offering an inviting and relaxing experience while educating you on the best extension, color, hair care methods, and products for your lifestyle.

    THA Company is NOT responsible for any misinformation given during consultations which can result in negative experiences for hair coloring and extensions.

     

    ⚫️Photos+Video

    The Hair Accessory has all rights to post any and all photos as well as video of Clients. There will be recordings of services. If you would not like your face involved, please let me know prior to service. ALL SERVICES WILL BE RECORDED whether face is involved or not.

    ⚫️Refunds

    Due to Stateboard Regulations/ Health Conditions, There will be No refunds or Exchanges on any or all product(s).

    All sales are final.
