Online Forums and Gatherings provide opportunities for BPGC to connect with your child/children during these times of self-isolation and quarantines. However due to the high-risk nature of online presence, the following protocols are in place when hosting online Zoom meetings:
1. One parent must be in the room at the beginning and at the end of a call. This is our check in and out process. Please ensure there is a Children’s Ministry Staff you recognized on the online platform before you leave the room.
2. Please do not leave your children in front of the computer alone in an isolated room.
3. Parents are requested to ensure that the online device (computer, phone, Ipad) be played with speakers instead of earphones or headphones.
4. BPGC’s gatherings are not permitted to facilitate chat rooms. Parents will be required to check in their children in each Zoom Gathering. Hence, children will not be able to join a BPGC’s Zoom Gatherings outside the pre-set program time.
5. It is also upon BPGC’s discretion to record the programs. These recordings will be only used for security and resource purposes and will not be posted online. Only children that have express written consent from a parent to be recorded will be permitted to use a webcam. Those that do not have consent to be recorded will not be permitted to use their webcams.
