I'm excited for you to take your first step towards achieving your dream hair! I offer two methods of extensions- Tape-in and Hand Tied Extensions- to suit the various needs of any client desiring length, fullness, or corrective placement- perhaps due to a regrettable hair cut or previous color that was done. This consultation form is designed as a preliminary screening process to see what extension method will suit your goals/situation best. After completing this form, you will receive an email from me with a short briefing on your potential install options, my current availability, and approximate pricing. Clients may need to come in for an in-person consultation for accurate color matching or if its necessary to discuss the process in-depth, questions, concerns, maintenance and how to take care of your new investment. I understand that by submitting this form, it does not guarantee an appointment. I understand that by submitting this form I will receive general information based on the answers I provide, but for detailed cost and process breakdowns I'll need to come into the salon for an in-person consultation. I understand that it may take up to 6 weeks for an appointment spot. I understand that initial cost can vary greatly depending on Current hair, goal hair, and extension method, but understand that this is a luxury service that is a financial and time investment. I understand that maintenance appointments must be kept every 6-8 weeks. I understand that a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER of 50% of the determined initial service cost must be paid before an appointment can officially be placed on the schedule and once that retainer has been delivered that an appointment has been officially secured and I will forfeit the retainer if I cancel my appointment.
