Thank you for your interest in adopting through Arctic Breed Rescue Inc. To tell us a little bit about you please complete the following form. From there we'll be in touch either via email or telephone - usually within 48 hours (working days) of receipt of a completed application. Please note we do not operate on a first come first served basis, taking care to match each dog based on their needs and wants.

Please list the names and ages of all immediate family members within the home - include any children you may mind on a regular basis.

Is your fence dig proof?
Is your fence climb proof? This includes any permanent structures the dog can use as leverage.
Are there any gaps in your fence the dog can use to escape through?
Please explain if there is anything else we need to know about your yard at this stage?
