NOTE- YOU WILL NEED SOME LIGHTING FOR YOUR STALL. The lighting at the football club is fantastic! But some shadow lighting is still required for your stall.
MARKET STALL INFORMATION AND GUIDELINES
TYPES OF STALLS AND ACTIVITIES PERMITTED
Art, crafts, plants, clothing, jewellery, toys, food that is not intended for consumption on the day (e.g. Conserves, fresh produce), food vans, permitted sponsored stalls.
STALLS NOT PERMITTED
Trash and treasure, raffles, charitable donations.. You will need permission to do any outside fundraising. Please ask for this on your application form if applicable.
To make this market a success, we need to advertise. We ask that stallholders help by posting the event on Facebook and invite their friends and customers.
SITES
Sites are 3m x 3m. If your stall requires more space than this, two or more sites should be booked. If more than one site is required, these will be placed side by side, unless otherwise requested.
The market stalls will be located 1.5m apart to help with social distancing
There are limited powered sites available. Please ensure you state on application if you need power.
SITE BOOKING
If you would like to have a stall at our market, you need to complete an application form. Unfortunately we can not accept all stalls. We dont want stall holders competing with eachother with products. If you are unsuccsessful, it doesnt mean you dont have an amzing stall, it just means someone else got in first.

$25 for a 3mx3m non-powered site.
$35 for a 3m x 3m powered site..
FOOD STALLS
$35 for 3x3m (non powered)..
WE HAVE VERY LIMITED POWER AVAILABLE A powered site will be $45 for 3x3m

SITE ALLOCATION
The market coordinator will allocate stall holders to their site. Stall allocations and site map will be send out to you along with a receipt no later than the week preceding the market.
ARRANGEMENTS ON THE DAY
Stall holders will have access to their site to set up from 3 hours before start time. Stalls must be set up and ready to sell by 15 min before event start time at the latest.
THIS EVENT- Gates open 2pm you must be ready to trade by 1.45pm
Stall holders are to report to the entry gate to meet volunteers in pink vests upon arrival. (THE GATE WILL BE MARKED ON THE MAP) You will then be directed to your allocated site. Any stall holder that does not set up on their allocated site will be asked to relocate to there site immediately.
Stalls should aim to be packed up by 2 hours after the market finish time
Stall holders will be permitted to keep vehicles on site behind your allocated space.
NOTE- YOU CAN NOT MOVE VEHICLES ON THE MARKET SITE UNTIL THE STATED FINISH TIME.
THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS RULE MEANS YOU MAY NOT BE INVITED BACK AGAIN..
NOTE- ALL BUTTON BATTERY ITEMS NEED TO COMPLY WITH ACCC STANDARDS. We will be policing this at future markets.
NOTE- NO SMOKING AT STALLS. If you would like to smoke, you need to attend the smoking section located next to the club house.
TOILETS
Stall holders will have access to the public toilets located at the clubhouse, 4 female & 4 male inside the club.. There is also a toilet at the rear of the market which is public, we can't stop others using it. But will try and keep this quiet so it is more of a stall holder toilet.
ASSISTANCE ON THE DAY
Stall holders are to direct any concerns or requests for assistance on the day to the Market coordinators/volunteers in pink vests. We are there to assist
CLEANING
Stall holders are responsible for cleaning and clearing of their site area at the conclusion of the day. The stall holder must remove all rubbish and unsold goods from the grounds.
PLEASE CONSIDER THE ENVIRONMENT WHEN PLANNING THIS EVENT. We want to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
EQUIPMENT
Stall holders must provide all equipment to display their goods (eg. Trestles, chairs, tarps, tables, displays, shade etc.)
RISK MANAGEMENT
-Stall holders must have current insurance with up to 10million public liability.
-All food stalls must have current food safety certificates available to provide with application.. All electrical tags must be up to date also.
-Stall holders must take every precaution to display stall items in such a manner as to avoid tripping risks or other hazards to themselves, other stall holders and any members of the public.
-Any stands or A frames are to be placed next to your stall and not in front of your stall to avoid congestion in walkways.
-Stall holders must provide weights or tent pegs for marquee's for safety purposes.
-No cars are allowed to move on the site between the times market are officially open.
-Button batteries are to comply with ACCC standards.
Stall holders recognise that the Market does not take responsibility for loss or damage to any items at the market and that items are displayed at the stall holders risk.
COVID
- Hand sanitiser must be available at all stalls, please have this in clear view for customer use.
- Consider the layout of your stall keeping the 1.5m rule in place. Eg- have a outward facing setup instead of people being able to walk in if possible. Or having signs limiting the number of people allowed in your space at one time.
- There will be market volunteers in pink vests on the day doing their best to maintain social distancing between public.
- There will be a covid sign in book at the front entry of the market as well as a URL covid sign in placed in many locations on site.
- The market will be providing signs around the area to encourage 1.5m social distancing rules.
CANCELLATIONS
You have until 2 weeks from the market date to cancel. If you cancel after that time your fee is NON REFUNDABLE.
