Once payment has been made you will need to register yourself on the MHFA website hereafter your course material will be sent to you.
Payment and Refund Policy
Please note payment must be made within 14 days of invoicing or 7 days of the course commencement, whichever is the sooner. This allows us to confirm your attendance with our MHFA Instructor. Once they have received our confirmation, you will then be able to register yourself onto the course on the MHFA England website, and this will trigger the postage of your course learning resources.
Should you decide to cancel your booking within 14 days of us receiving payment and course commencement, and you have not registered for your learning resources, we will offer you a refund or the option to transfer onto another course within six months of the original booking.
Once you have registered your place onto the MHFA England site, we will not be able to offer a refund, although we will endeavour to offer you the option to attend a later course, within six months of the original booking.
Please be advised, should we not fill the course with the minimum numbers required within 7 days of the start date of the course, the course may be postponed, and we will advise you of this. In this case we will offer you a full refund or the opportunity to transfer onto an alternative course within six months of the start date of the original course.
