The safety of all participants is our first priority.  We reserve the right to refuse further participation and will refund all or a portion of the registration fee or make other training arrangements at our discretion.  By signing below, you certify that all information provided is accurate and that you hold harmless Dog Blessed, LLC, Dog Blessed instructors, speakers, volunteers and assistants, facilities for any incident that occurs before, during or after the class or event. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dog Blessed LLC and facilities it utilizes if you, your guest, or dog would contract COVID 19 or any other illness.
