Our goal is to provide a location to promote our western heritage and the cowboy way of life.

Active Membership is for those of you willing to volunteer your time to make SFDA a success! This will include working on projects at the grounds, participating in fund raising activities and working at events. Your membership also allows you to ride at the grounds whenever it is not closed for another event.

As an adult member, you are entitled to ONE VOTE on any issue brought to the Board and Members that requires a motion and second motion. As a member, you will receive a copy of our by-laws and be informed if a meeting has been cancelled or moved to a different time or place. As a member, you will be representing the Springdale Frontier Days Association and will be asked to act accordingly.

As a fully volunteer association, we NEED our members to help make SFDA successful. Please indicate which committees you would like to volunteer on.*

OPEN RODEO: Involved in planning, organizing, event volunteer recruitment, and production of Open RodeoPEEWEE RODEO: Involved in planning, organizing, event volunteer recruitment, and production of PeeWee RodeoCOOK SHACK: Building preparation, menu planning, ordering and stocking or products, volunteer recruitment, and sales at eventsROYALTY: Coordinating and communicating with royalty, disseminating upcoming events, ordering buckles and sashes, coordinate and plan royalty contestBINGO: Schedule and organize events including ordering supplies, getting prizes and attending eventsFACILITIES: Maintain and prioritize a list of projects to be accomplished, create project budgets, coordinate work partiesGROUNDS PREPARATION: Basic grounds cleanup, mowing and weed-wacking prior to eventsADVERTISING AND SPONSORS: Approach and secure sponsors, organize sign creation and program adsPUBLICITY: Advertise our events and activities - Facebook and Instagram, website, radio, and print

I hereby agree that I will abide by all rules of the Springdale Frontier Days Association. Further, I hereby release and hold harmless and indemnity the Springdale Frontier Days Association, volunteers of the association and any and all persons in any way connected with Springdale Frontier Days Association from losses, damages, or injury to myself, my property, and any minor person who accompanies me, resulting from participation in using this arena and grounds. I understand that any activity involving horses or any animals creates numerous risks of injury that are my sole responsibility. I knowingly assume these risks as a member of this association. I give any emergency personnel, ambulance, hospital, physicians or medical staff permission to administer necessary treatment for injuries incurred while participating at this arena with this association and all cost will be covered by me personally or my insurance. I hereby swear to the above release and unconditionally hold harmless the Springdale Frontier Days Association and any/all persons anyway connected to it.
