Prior to registering for your preferred course, we recommend contacting one of our Student Advisors for a course consultation. They can discuss what modules you wish to cover and advise on what courses will be suitable for your training needs.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION

You will receive a registration link to complete and return prior to payment.
Please ensure you read through all the Terms and Conditions.
Some workshops or courses require full payment on registration, others require a deposit to secure your spot, followed by 50%-part payment two weeks prior to the commencement of your workshop or course.
For those workshops or courses not requiring full payment, a $200 deposit is required to secure your desired course unless the course is to a lesser value. The course deposit will not be refunded in any circumstance.
Two weeks prior to your workshop or course commencement, a further 50%-part payment is required.
The balance of workshop or course fees are due the day or night of training and prior to commencing your training. Please arrive 10-15min prior to allow time to complete.
Workshops and courses are non-refundable, non-transferable, or able to be rescheduled once registration is received and once any payment received for your given workshop or course is paid. In extenuating circumstances on agreement with the business, if we can successfully reschedule your workshop or course a $200 reschedule fee will apply.
In the event of change of mind, no monies paid are refundable or able to be used as credit. This is due to the position being scheduled and held for the student while turning away potential bookings for the given workshop or course.
If a workshop or course is postponed due to government restrictions, we will honour all workshop and course reschedules at no additional expense to the student. No refunds will be applicable under this situation.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any courses or workshops due to unforeseen circumstances.
It is the responsibility of all students to organise their own models for any workshop and courses.
If a student has problems with arranging their models, we will assist with additional tools for the student to be able to source models. We take no responsibility for obtaining them or their reliability.
At no time can a workshop or course be rescheduled or cancelled due to model issues. We ask that you manage this process well and have backup models available.
We accept Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Zipay or Afterpay. If choosing Afterpay or Zipay, the full course must be paid upfront as we cannot do split payments.
Students under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the registration form giving permission for the student to complete the course and agreeing to the term’s and conditions of the enrolment.
Upon commencement of a workshop or course, no refunds, transfers or exchanges are permitted. That includes asking for a store credit.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to training and ensure you park on Casua Drive, this also applies to your models, so please ensure you advise them on confirmation.
Please Note: Children, including babies, are not permitted in the training rooms and the training facility due to OH&S matters.
TERMS AND CONDITION SURROUNDING COVID-19 AND ANY GOVERNMENT LOCKDOWN RESTRICTIONS
If you have registered and paid for any workshop or course and government restrictions come into effect, we will honour all workshop and course reschedules at no additional expense to the student. No refunds will be applicable under this situation.
Should our region go into a mandatory lockdown your theory component will be covered via online training. Your practical training will be rescheduled to be completed at our on-site facilities.
Conditions to attend a course during government restrictions may apply, and are listed below. These may be subject to change at any time.
If you are feeling unwell 24 hours prior to your training, you may be required to reschedule your training at no cost to you, for the safety of all concerned for up to 10 days or longer. You will be asked to produce either a Doctor’s certificate, a positive PCR test result or positive registered Rapid Antigen Test form.
You will be required to wear appropriate PPE during your time here and if you refuse to do so, your workshop and or course will not be rescheduled and will be cancelled immediately at your own cost.

Glossary of Terms
Course: Any education class that is conducted by Profile Salon Supplies.
OH&S: Occupational health and safety.
PCR Test: Polymerase chain reaction test.
PPE: Personal protective equipment ie: gloves, masks etc.
Workshop: Any education class that is conducted by a contracted or outsourced Educator or business.
