  • Joining the Youth Club

  • This form is to register the participant as a member of the youth club, which is run by Twyford District Youth and Community Centre (TDYC).  We are a charity (Registered Charity Number: 1155243) which has been set up by local people who make decisions about what happens at the youth club, as well as anything to do with the building and equipment in it.

    Both you and the participant can also choose to become a member of the TDYC Charity, which means you can help makes these decisions.

  • Would you like to find out more about becoming a member of the Charity?
  • Would you be interested in becoming a volunteer for the Youth Club? This could include helping out at occasional sessions, helping with fundraising activities, etc.
  • May we use photos of the participant to publicise ourselves? (this might be on the wall at the Youth Centre, on our Facebook pages, our website, on a poster, or somewhere else)*

  • We will keep information about the participant at Twyford District Youth and Community Centre, which you can ask to see.  We won't share personal information with other organisations without asking you first, unless we think they or someone else is at risk of being hurt.
