The Milwaukee Jewish Federation’s Jewish Community Foundation awards scholarships to enable young people to participate in recognized Jewish summer overnight camp and summer Israel programs. Scholarships are awarded to Milwaukee area residents on the basis of financial need. There is one application per family. All information will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. The Camp Scholarship Committee receives applications that are stripped of personal identity information so the applications can be considered anonymously. Only those applicants who fully comply with all of the instructions can be assured that their application will be reviewed by the Committee.
Note that applicants will be required to upload a copy of the first two pages from the parents’ signed 2019 Federal Income Tax Return and the parents’ W-2 forms.
The scholarship process is administered by the Milwaukee Jewish Federation’s Coalition for Jewish Learning. Please direct questions to CJL Director Tziporah Altman-Shafer at 414-963-2718 or Scholarships@MilwaukeeJewish.org.
If you need to stop working on the application and continue later, press save at the bottom of the page. You will be sent a link you can use to finish the application.
Applications must be submitted BY 5:00 P.M. ON MONDAY, MARCH 1, 2021. The Committee will not review any applications submitted after this date.
