The reason you are seeking a meal plan is to try new things and eat a healthier diet. I will consider your choices and try my best to incorporate them into a new meal plan. Your meal plan is not meant to be adhered to long-term. A healthy diet requires a variety of foods which may be lacking in this one-week plan. For example, should you wish to try a vegan diet, supplements would be required for ongoing adherance to this style of eating to prevent deficiencies.
