Welcome to National Art Honor Society for the 2020-21 school year at Old Mill High School! We are excited to use our artistic passions to better our community. If you would like to be a part of this ARTmazing club, please fill out this form and pay the dues using the provided link. (Returning members will also need to submit this form; and it will be required for each year of membership). Participating students will be accepted on probation into the National Art Honor Society provided they have met the above requirements, Students who meet the following requirements will be recognized and inducted in May as active members and will be eligible for pins, scholarships and/or special awards.
REQUIREMENTS FOR INDUCTION ARE:

· Attendance at 70% of the meetings

· Active participation in school/community art service projects

· Maintain 3.0 in art classes

· Participation in fundraising activities

· Meets the minimum required hours for induction of 20 hours of service

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

I and my parent/guardian have read the guidelines for eligibility into the National Art Honor Society. We understand that to remain a member one must: be involved, respect fellow members, pay a $15 membership fee, and maintain a weighted GPA of 3.0 in all art classes. As a member, I will attend meetings, give input into proposed activities, and actively be involved in artistic opportunities.
