By signing below, the signee agrees that he or she has thoroughly examed the dress(es) and accessories. The signee is happy with the outcome of the dress(es) and accessories that were ordered by the bride. The signee now is fully responsible for the items that were picked up. Any damages that occured after pick up Elizabeth Lee can no longer be held liable for them. Elizabeth Lee is not responsible for the cost of the bride's alterations.
Any weight fluctuation that happens after pick up, Elizabeth Lee is not responsible for the additonal alterations cost.
