    To ensure you have a joyful, seamless experience, we use text messaging and email  for client communications during business hours which are 10am-6pm Tuesday through Friday. On the day of your appointment, you can reach me at (828) 929-1676. 


    We use an online reservation system to ensure you can book an appointment when it’s most convenient for you, 24/7. Simply visit LivGassHair.com to see your current reservation, make changes and reserve future experiences. 


    Upon reserving your appointment, you will receive both a text message and email confirmation with the details of your reservation. You will receive two appointment reminders; three days before and 24 hours before. 


    We are honored you have chosen us to take care of your hair and beauty needs. We promise to do out best and take care of you and ask that you promise to help us do that by adhering to our agreement.

  • SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY

    We strive to offer the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut of color, let us know within 14 days of your visit and we're happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase. Please select below if you agree to these terms and would like to continue with services today.

  • FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total services booked does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.


    If you forget about your reservation after confirming and do not show up, there will be a fee equal to 100% of the total services booked due. We understand emergencies happen, if this is the case, please email us at olivia@livgasshair.com and we will find a solution.
