Remote Instruction Request Form
When TMI is conducting classes on campus, we will assume that all students will be attending in-person learning unless parents take the necessary steps to select remote instruction for their children. We are asking families to commit to remote instruction in 3-week intervals to help faculty with planning and classroom preparation. Although we are asking for a 3-week commitment, we understand that circumstances change. Switching from remote to in-person learning can be made at any time with approval from the Director of Enrollment Management. The Office of Admissions will be in touch with you after the completion of this form. Nikki Griffin will still manage all daily attendance issues in the Registrar's Office.
