Redo Policy:

I understand that any redos or corrective adjustments must be brought to my stylist’s attention within 7 days of my visit and the redo appointment will take place within 14 days of the original appointment pending stylist availability.

During my redo appointment, my stylist will specifically address the area of concern in order to provide what was originally agreed upon during the consultation. 

I understand that additional changes that were not part of our original goal, determined during my consultation, will require a second scheduled service at menu price.

Late Policy:

I understand that guest appointments are made as efficiently as possible and that late appointments affect the next guest appointment. Tardiness of more than 15 minutes will be considered a late cancellation. I understand that a $25 fee will be required before rescheduling haircuts and styles and a $50 fee will be required before rescheduling color appointments. 

If my stylist is able to accommodate an abbreviated service in the remaining time, the $25 fee may be added to the total due for the canceled portion of the service to partially cover a portion of the lost time that was held.

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that all cancellations and partial cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment date and time will be considered a late cancellation and a rebooking fee ($25 for a missed haircut and styling and/or $50 canceled color) will be required for each canceled service before the appointments may be rescheduled.

I understand that I am responsible for paying the invoice for the canceled appointment to partially cover the expense of lost time that could not be filled due to short notice. I understand this is not a credit toward future appointments. 

No-call/No-show Policy:

I understand that failure to give any notice for a missed appointment will result in a charge for the full price of the missed appointment in order to cover the time of the missed service that could not be filled.
