2. Waiver, Terms & Conditions. You will be directed to the Waiver page when you complete this form.
3. Send etransfer payment to email@example.com. The cost for Home Alone is $60.
4. Once the waiver & payment are received, we will mail you the materials your child will need. There will be no cancellation after this point.
5. We will email you a confirmation email, confirming that we have mailed the materials & received your payment. This email will contain all the instructions you need to log into the course. Do not delete this email.

6. Log into Zoom 15 minutes prior to the course time to ensure that all connection issues are resolved by the course start time. The password for the course will be written on the front cover of the book we will be sending.
