2. Waiver, Terms & Conditions. You will be directed to the Waiver page when you submit this form.
3. Send etransfer payment to email@example.com. Cost for the Home Alone Course is $60.
4. Once the waiver & payment are received, we will email you a confirmation email, confirming your child's registration & that we have received your payment. This email will contain all the instructions you need for arrival at the course venue. Please read this email carefully.
**Please ensure that you add firstname.lastname@example.org to your "safe" email addresses, so that the confirmation email does not end up in your SPAM folder. **
5. If you need to cancel your child's registration, we require 48 hours’ notice, and a $20 cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of the date of the course, no refund will be given. In the case that your child cannot attend due to flu-like symptoms, one (1) transfer will be given to either an online course, or a date at least 14 days after the onset of symptoms.
