  • Check and Update EPF KYC in your UAN:::

  • Diff in DOB > 3 years

    If your Difference in DOB is MORE than 3 years, you are required to upload/submit one of the following documents:

    • Passport with correct DOB
    • School Certificate with correct DOB
    • Birth Certificate with correct DOB
    • ESIC Card with correct DOB
  • Diff in DOB < 3 years

    As your Difference in DOB is LESS then or EQUAL to 3 years, you can raise the request online/offline using your Aadhaar card as supporting document.

  • Update DOE:

    It is advised to connect with your employer to enter the DOE. In case you update the wrong DOE, you will not be able to withdraw the EPF. Hence, please do not enter the DOE yourself.

  • Withdraw Pension: 

    Pension can be withdrawn only if your total service, including all employers, is less than 9.5 years.

    Follow the steps as shown here to withdraw pension, if your total service is less than 9.5 years, using Form 10C.

    If your service is more than 9.5 Years, you would be ineligible to raise the pension withdrawal claim.

    In addition, if you have retired, select Raise Monthly Pension Claim in the above question.

  • Monthly Pension :

  • Pension On Higher Wages (POHW):

  • Pension Not transferred:

    Pension is not transferred to the current employer. It is always provided to the member after he declares his/her retirement.

    But to ensure that your previous employer pension is also provided to you, you are required to transfer your OLD PF account to the CURRENT PF account. This will ensure that the service is merged and when you raise the monthly claim, your amount will be considered after adding accumulations from all the employers.

  • Required Details for Joint Declaration Form

    Please provide the required details which are needed to fill in the Joint Declaration FOrm for the correction in the EPF Records.

  • The document which will be mailed to you will have 2 pages:

    • Page 1 : Joint Declaration Form
    • Page 2 : Letter from the employer to the EPFO as supporting document providing their consent.

    The filled Joint Declaration Form will be shared with you at the email address. Please attach the self-attested copy of the following mentioned documents along with the Joint Declaration Form and send it to your employer for attestation:

    • Copy of Aadhaar
    • Copy of Passport / Birth Certificate / School Certificate (Mandatory)
    • Copy of PAN Card
    • Copy of Cancelled Cheque of Bank with your (member's) name printed on it
      • If the bank account is a joint account, please ensure that the member's name is mentioned first in the cheque.

     

  • Documents for Diff in DOB > 1 year
