Our email volume is insanely high. So much so we no longer post our email address publicly. 99% of most emails we've gotten in the past have answers right on this very website. Our mailbox gets overrun with emails with large image files, yet our submission form asks not to do this. This is another reason we've removed the email address from our website.
If you have ordered an issue of one of our publications through MagCloud and there is a problem with delivery or your order, contact them directly. We have no record of your order. They fulfill production and delivery, contact them.
