NOTE: Freshmen and Sophomore players will be playing on Monday nights, whereas Junior and Senior players will be playing on Tuesday nights. If your Freshmen or Sophomore player would like to play up with the Junior/Senior players on Tuesday nights, please choose the Tuesday option under "Division". Junior and Senior players cannot play down on Monday nights.

* If Freshmen and Sophomore students would like to play on both Monday and Tuesday nights, you must fill out another registration form and pay the additional fee. If you don't do this, you will not be allowed to play both nights.

General Refund Policy
This Gold Crown Foundation program will be non-refundable once the program starts. If a refund request is received prior to the start of a Gold Crown program, Gold Crown will issue a refund minus a 15% processing fee. If Gold Crown cancels an event, a full refund will be issued.
Injury Exception
If a player is injured after the first date of the Gold Crown program, Gold Crown will issue a prorated refund only if that player provides a doctor’s note. No prorated refund will be issued if a doctor’s note is not provided. Refunds due to injury will be prorated. The calculation depends of the type of event and duration.
