Focused on developing leadership skills through teamwork on co-ed, multigenerational crews. Four Core Programs lead to the development of critical thinking, problem solving, grit & communication.
Within each of these programs, we strive to instill a love of sailing & ultimately retention in the sport for years to come.
Our Programs
- Prep - boat restoration/repair, safety measures, provisions, equipment repairs
- Promote - connect equipment/boats to experienced crews and novice kids/groups to the sport
- Perform - racing multiple types of boats from 2 person dinghies to keelboats, participating in race committee and race course management
- Provide - philanthropic connections, fundraising & awareness
