Crooze is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, our 30-day returns policy is simple and you are always welcome to return any unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days from purchase for an exchange, credit, or a full refund (shipping and merchant fees excluded).
Unused merchandise in its original condition means Unopened, uninstalled, in its box/packaging as it was brand new so that it can return to our shelf and be sold to another customer as it was sold to you. Scooters, Bikes and Skateboards are NOT ridden.
All you need to do is return your items to us, in original condition, for an exchange, store credit or refund.
Please note we do not offer the 30-day change of mind policy for products purchased through the Studio 19 Rental Programme.
All original tags in labels are attached to the product.
No bags for screws or bolts opened.
You will pay for all freight costs and the cost of the original freight may be deducted from your refund. Customers who get free shipping will be subject to a $9.50 shipping fee to cover the free shipping of the original purchase.

Warranty Repairs and Replacements
You may be entitled to a repair or replacement as per your statutory rights if a product is faulty. In some cases, it is necessary for us to send your product to the manufacturer for assessment. We try to work as fast as we can be please understand that this process can take time. (up to 3 weeks in some cases)
Your warranty claim items will need to be returned to us or directly to the manufacturer for assessment. As the items were originally shipped to you within a box and with a standard courier, Crooze is not responsible for shipping your goods back for assessment.
Wear and tear items are not warranty claims
A MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY WILL ONLY COVER A DEFECT IN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS. IT DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE INFLICTED BY IMPACT ON THE SCOOTER.
Any warranty is void on items that show clear misuse or damage caused by or related to improper riding technique.
Most manufacturers will also not cover warranty claims on items that show excessive or obvious wear directly or indirectly related to the claim.
Any modification to a product will void the distributor's warranty for that individual part as well as any associated parts.
A warranty is only approved if the breakage or malfunction of the scooter is a DIRECT RESULT OF A FLAW IN THE MANUFACTURING OF THE PRODUCT. Damage, breakage, cracking or snapping of the product as a result of riding WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!
We do not offer change of mind for bikes.
