Starting a New Rotary or Rotaract Club

This form will help the Phoenix and Regional teams support your efforts to start new clubs. Let's share the gift of Rotary!
The Phoenix 223 team is working to develop resources which will be tailored to what type of club you are starting and at what stage of development that new club is.

This may include breaking down manuals into smaller pieces or providing links to support videos.

If there is already a club under development in your district, please enter the information here, using a separate form for each one already in development.

If you are literally at step one of planning to start a new club, you may enter multiple clubs using the same form.

Do you work at and/or is there a large company in your local vicinity? Is there a college or university in your local area that does not have a Rotaract club? Is there a younger demographic in your community? Does your district have active Rotary Youth Exchange, RYLA, Interact, or other Youth Services Programs, but does not have an Alumni-based club in your district? Do people in your district tend to travel frequently or have trouble attending in-person meetings (due to health, weather, distance, etc.)? Is there a lack of variety with the existing clubs in your district as to meeting times and locations, meeting formats, types of service opportunities, social events, membership diversity (age, gender, race, identity, etc.)? Are there causes which are prevalent in your district (e.g., the environment, human trafficking, veterans, etc.)?
