• Trinity Preschool Financial Agreement

  • TUITION

    • Tuition is due regardless of student absences / illness or student holiday.
    • Weekly tuition is due on Mondays.
    • Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of the month no later than the 2nd of the month.
  • Full Time Program

    • Monday - Thursday, 6:30 am - 6:00 pm | Friday 6:30 am - 5:00 pm
    • Includes: AM Snack, Lunch, and PM Snack

  • Age rates change the 1st of every month following the child's 19 months and 3 year birthday

  • Part-Time Program

    • Days may not be made up or switched due to absences or holidays.

  • ONE-TIME FEES

     

    Registration Fee - $50 First Child  |  $15 Each Additional Child

    • This is a non-refundable fee and is due at the time of Registration
    • If a child withdraws for more than 4 weeks for any reason, a re-enrollment fee of $80 will be due upon return to Trinity Preschool.

    Supply / Equipment Fee - $60

    • Charged three (3) times per year in January, June and September
    • Fee is pro-rated at enrollment only
    • This non-refundable fee is to be paid the on the 1st of the month charged.
    • A $25 late fee will be assessed to the account after the 15th.

     

    Additional Fees

    • Late Pick-Up Charge: $5 per minute per child after 6:00PM
    • Late Payment Charge: $25
    • Returned Check / ACH Return Fee: $35
  • ANNUAL FEES

    • Applied to each child upon enrollment and every August
    • This non-refundable fee is to be paid by August 1st.
    • A $25 late fee will be assessed to the account after August 15th.

     

    Nursery 1, 2, and 3 - $55

    Includes Administrative Fee, Activity Fee, and Mat Fee.  

     

    Wobblies - Owls - $75

    Includes Administrative Fee, Curriculum Fee, and Mat Fee.

     

    Pre-K - $145

    Includes Administrative Fee, Curriculum Fee, Mat Fee, and Graduation Fee.

     

  • CREDITS

     

    Family Child Credit

    • Tuition is as stated above for the first full-time child in the highest age level.
    • Tuition for the second child of full-time enrollment will receive a $60 credit monthly.
    • Tuition for the second child of part-time enrollment will receive a $25 credit monthly.
    • Tuition for any additional children will require speaking with the Preschool Director.

     

    Vacation Credit

    • Children who have attended Trinity Preschool for 12 consecutive months are eligible for one (1) week of vacation credit.
    • Vacation credit must be requested in writing at least two (2) weeks in advance and must be approved by the Preschool Director.
    • Each vacation week earned will expire 1 year after it is earned and will not roll over to the next year.

     

    Referral Credit

    • A $50 credit will be placed on your account when a new family enrolls their child(ren) and stated in writing that they were referred by your family.
    • The referral credit will be added to your account one (1) month after the new family's start date.
  • Delinquent Accounts

    If your account is delinquent according to your agreement, a non-admit will be effective immediately.  Your child(ren) will not be accepted by the teacher and will be dropped from enrollment until satisfactory arrangements are made.  It is your responsibility to be aware of your account balance.  Unpaid balances will be referred for collection.

     

    Withdrawal

    A written notice must be given to the Preschool Director at least one week prior to the withdrawal date.  If this notice is not given accordingly, you are responsible to pay one week's tuition upon withdrawal.
