  • Camper Memberships are the best way to give your dog the fun and exercise they need on a regular basis at the lowest possible price.

    Members come on a set number of days per week. Memberships are billed monthly so the Camp check-in and check-out process is much faster. Our Members pay our lowest daily rates.

    Members receive a number of exclusive perks:
    -Never turned away for Daycare when we are full
    -Priority access to cabins for lunches when we are full
    -Faster check-in and check-out
    -Discounts on Boarding stays, Baths (not grooming), Enrichment and Retail purchases
    -Members coming for boarding stays in a standard cabin get a free upgrade to a luxury suite if available

    Members that miss days can 'bank' the missed day for future use. 2 banked days can also be used for 1 night of boarding instead. Up to 3 weeks worth of days can be banked.

    Memberships require a minimum 3 month commitment.

    Memberships payments are processed via ACH so an image of a voided check is required.

  • *Not all Campers are suited to 4 or 5 day per week memberships. For some Campers it is simply too much. Our Camp Director may reach out to let you know if your Camper would be better suited to a lower level membership.

  • Your selected days of the week are the days we will expect to see you at Camp. If you need to adjust the days you are attending Camp in a specific week, we request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice and the missed day will be forfeit.

  • Enrichment Membership Add-on

    Members have the opportunity add on enrichment sessions to their Membership at a reduced rate! Enrichment services are One-on-One individual time between a Counselor and your Camper during the day to provide added mental stimulation, physical activity or TLC. They are customized to your dog’s needs. Each session is 15 to 20 minutes. Each enrichment session includes a photo or a short video of the time spent together. Multi-dog members can share a One-on-One session with both their dogs at the same time.

  • Policy regarding missed membership days:
    If Camp is provided with an emailed notice from the client at least 24 hours in advance of a member/one-on-one day that will be missed, that service can be banked on the account for future use. Free bonus services can not be banked. A maximum of 3 club member weeks of scheduled services can be accumulated on your account at any one time. For example a silver 1 dog member with 1 one-on-one/week can accumulate a maximum of 6 banked days and 3 banked one-on-ones, a diamond 2 dog member can accumulate a max of 30 dog days. Days missed without advance email notice and unused days over the 3 week limit will be forfeit. Banked services are non-refundable but will stay on client’s account for use 1 month after membership cancellation takes effect.

    Cancellation policy:
    After the 3 month minimum commitment member can cancel membership at any time. Cancellation will be effective for the following month if official cancellation form is received on or before the 25th day of the month. Forms submitted after the 25th will be canceled for the billing cycle 2 months forward. No refunds for late cancellations can be given.
    Termination of this contract during the first 3 months is allowed for the following; proof of a change of address or a letter from your vet or vet letterhead stating that your dog’s health no longer allows them
    to come to Camp. Cancellations without this documentation will result in a cancellation fee equal to 1 month of membership.
    Unused banked days on account will be forfeit 1 month after membership cancellation takes effect.
    Cancellation requests by phone, oral or email are not valid. All cancellation requests must be on a signed cancellation form. Please keep a copy of your cancellation form for your records.

    Other policies
    Memberships can not be used in conjunction with any other discount or coupon such as the 401K9 or VIP programs.
    A $35 bounced direct deposit fee will apply to all membership transactions that fail. Such as in the case of insufficient funds.

    I permit Camp Bow Wow to debit my bank account on a monthly basis for the membership fee.
