To cancel an event please login to GoFan HQ and locate the event to be cancelled. Inside of your event, you can cancel it ONLY if the event has sold tickets.  Additional details on cancellation can be found here.

Please note that cancelling an event will automatically trigger the refund process for everyone that purchased for that event.
