Supporting Person Information
Currently each Horse & Rider Combination is ONLY allowed to bring 2 additional supporting persons with them. (1 horse = 2 person)
THERE MUST BE NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 ON SITE OTHER THAN THOSE RIDING OR WITH AN OFFICIAL EVENT VOLUNTEER.
Ideally these supporting people should travel in the vehicle to the event with the rider and ideally be able to drive the vehicle and horse home in the event of an accident. (If your supporting person is unable to drive the vehicle you MUST have provisions made to ensure the vehicle and horse can be removed from the venue in the event of an accident. (To Confirm this person will only be allowed onsite in the event of an accident if they are required)
Your supporting person must be available to help the rider alongside medical staff in the event of an accident if required.
ONLY RIDERS & NAMED SUPPORTING PEOPLE WILL BE ALLOWED ON SITE.
IF WE FIND ANYONE BREAKING THESE RULES WE WILL ELIMINATE ASSOCIATED RIDERS FROM THE COMPETITION AND ASK YOU TO LEAVE.
Additional Drivers of Lorries or Trailers are counted as your supporting person and no addition grooms will be allowed on site.
