NO tipping drills in ALL PCKC Waka. This procedure is only done under PCKC head coach supervision and will need to be requested separately. It is a dangerous procedure.

This agreement is to be completed by the person who will be responsible for hiring PCKC Waka/ Equipment, (the HIRER who is in the official position of Management to the Corporate paddlers, Captain of the Team, Official officer of the Club and or Registered Teacher/Principal of the School), to complete form and submit. The submitted form is emailed to Porirua Canoe Kayak Club (PCKC).Committee to review and be back in touch to confirm with you (the Hirer).
PCKC will ensure that the equipment being hired is in good safe condition for the hirer.PCKC transporting equipment being hired to and from the event site will notify the hirer's confirmed day and time by email to ensure information is clear.The hirer will be responsible for lashing the waka to their own specifications in preparation for the event – PCKC will not be responsible for lashing the waka for the hirer racing.The hirer for a race event, is responsible for providing all other safety equipment and requirements set out by the event organisers that will not be included (i.e. life jackets, spare paddles, spare lashings, duct tape, etc.)
