All schools that are licensed to grant credits must have a Ministry of Education Identification Number (MIDENT#)

Final report cards must be given to Guidance
Report Cards for Summer School must be submitted to Crestwood by the first day of school in September
Any student in Grade 12 taking night, online or summer school must discuss the reporting process with Guidance to ensure that the universities receive the required information in a timely manner
