Infinity Membership Hold Request
As Infinity Members, you can request an unlimited number of suspensions on your membership. Suspensions ensure you keep your current rate at renewal times. Suspensions must be for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 4 months. All submissions will be processed within 7 days + confirmation emails sent when complete. Holds will not be processed retroactively. Holds can only be applied to accounts without outstanding balances, therefore balances will be collected during hold processing.
Thank you for understanding that our studio is open, operating and offering classes in 3 formats - outdoor, in-studio and virtually. Many small businesses have found it necessary to look for new avenues to offer their services to ensure they sustain this pandemic. Memberships, simply put, are the main source of revenue for the studio. We will be back to "normal" as soon as we can.

Monthly - starts payment date | Annual, 3 + 6 Monthers - starts 1st of month. Cannot be a date in the past. All requests will be adjusted to next available date for past date requests. Absolutely no refunds for forgotten/late hold requests.

Why is there a fee?
While the receipt of offerings looks different now, we are still working (even more in some ways) and sharing yoga with you, our community. Since the studio is operating Virtually, Outdoor and In-Studio with up to 10 classes a day, we are observing membership terms. We understand this may not be what you are looking for, and in those cases, holds can be requested.
