Infinity Member Backdate Hold Request
On March 16, our physical studio doors were required to close due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Immediately at that time we connected with our community via email, social media and website updates. Many members connected, donated, kept memberships active to help us get to the other side of these uncertain times, we thank you. We understand that it was a busy time and your need to make membership changes may have been overlooked and as a result ran active during this time. In order to be as transparent as we can, our studio was open - virtually + outdoors during this time and since July, has been open in-studio. Schedules were designed based on active memberships. If you failed to address your active membership at that time, you can still do so until September 30, 2020 only.
Thank you for understanding that our studio is open, operating and offering classes in 3 formats - outdoor, in-studio and virtually. Many small businesses have found it necessary to look for new avenues to offer their services to ensure they sustain this pandemic. Memberships, simply put, are the main source of revenue for the studio. We will be back to "normal" as soon as we can.

Why is there a fee, you were not open?
While the receipt of offerings looks different now, we are still working (even more in some ways) and sharing yoga with you, our community. Since the studio is operating Virtually (started April 15), Outdoor (started July 6) and In-Studio (started July 22) with up to 10 classes a day, we are observing membership terms. We understand this may not be what you are looking for, and in those cases, holds can be requested. This purpose of this form is to backdate a hold for a previous period of time. My membership will be in active status moving forward. All payments made during my backdate requested period will NOT be refunded instead will be applied to your studio profile as a credit and for future membership payments.
