This form provides a list of all the information/documents needed for the project. The documents can be uploaded using a PC or your smart phone.

Note that you can save your progress anytime if you find that you do not have the required documents and continue whenever you do. The save button is located at the bottom of each page.

A sign up is needed to save your work. An email will be sent to your email address with a link to continue the document upload process.

You will only be able to submit the form once all the documents have been uploaded.

 

Geo-tagged Photos

Please provide geo-tagged photos. Photos taken by any modern smartphone with location services on should be sufficient. You can enable location services on your device by following the steps below:

Android:

1. Navigate to Settings > Location.
2. Tap the switch at the top to turn on or off.

IPhone:

1. Navigate to Settings > Privacy > Location Services.
2. Tap the Location Services switch to turn on or off.

Evidence of Recycling

Depending on the postcode of the upgrade location, recycling evidence may be required. Please click here to find out if it is required for this job.

Evidence of Payment

These are all the documents that we need now. Other documents that still need to be uploaded are:

• The Post Implementation Declaration
• Certificate Compliance Electrical Works (CCEW)
