Memberships Hold requests are for full months. Hold requests submitted on or before the 26th of the month will be processed for the following month. Hold requests received after the 26th of the month will be processed for 2 months following.

If you are not able at attend Camp before your Hold starts you will be elligible to 'bank' up to 3 weeks worth of membership days on your account for future use. For example, a 2 day/week member can bank up to 6 days. Two banked days can also be combined for 1 night of boarding*

NOTE: YOUR MEMBERSHIP BILLING WILL AUTOMATICALLY RESTART AT THE END OF THE HOLD PERIOD UNLESS YOU SUBMIT ANOTHER HOLD OR CANCEL REQUEST.

*During COVID we have temporarily removed the limit on banked days and limit of 1 Hold per year. Starting Jan 1st 2022 we will be returning to our standard Hold policies. Please ensure that you have used up any banked days beyond 3 weeks by the end of Dec 2021.
